The contoured foam padding places greater emphasis on the bicep by offering increased support under the arm and reducing body movement.

10 mm thick polished chrome bar holders offer a large area to “rest” the bar on, but are close enough to the bench to allow full range of motion.

Durable powder coat finish.

Rubber anti-slip feet.
