This  York 7ft Olympic Split Sleeve Hard Chrome Bar bar has superior cross hatch knurling with a 32 mm diameter grip.

The International Club bar has superior cross hatch knurling, 32 mm diameter grip, this allows exercises such as dead-lifts, bench press and squats to be performed with a greater weight and improved grip, compared to the other bars within this club range.
Each bar has been manufactured from North American steel.
This bar is NOT Full Commercial Graded and therefore is not warranted for such environments.
