Chandler Sports offers a varied range of servicing and maintenance contracts from one time visits to Bronze, Silver or Gold contracts.
Fitness equipment servicing and maintenance contracts should be vital to all fitness facilities. A few main points why to obtain a servicing contract is to make sure that your investment within fitness equipment machines are maintained. Cardio and strength pieces do not come cheap and should be placed in a 2,3 or 4 visit per year servicing and maintenance contract. Contracts are designed to sustain continued support with you and your service provider. Fitness equipment servicing contracts are in a way making sure that both parties agree to an honest approach to maintain breakdowns, call out times, machine replacements, technical advice, next services, insurance purposes the list goes on.
Check to see if your service provider can provide replacement parts. In some cases manufacturers or third party fitness equipment suppliers cannot always provide the part. Therefore outsourcing these parts from around the world is quite important. Older fitness machines can cause long delays and cost quite a penny, so make sure that you tell your service provider what machines you have and what costs might be involved in replacing motors, MCB’s and running decks.

The BRONZE Servicing and Maintenance Contracts
Chandler Sports shall undertake two Preventative Maintenance Service visits for one year.
What you will receive from the Bronze Servicing and Maintenance Contracts:
1) 5 working day call out period.
2) 2 x Service visits per annum.
3) Completed inspection report on each individual piece of equipment.
4) 3 month labour free warranty on all call out jobs.
5) Call out fee, labour, travel time and materials are all included in the quoted contract (only injunction with the two services).
The SILVER Servicing and Maintenance Contracts
Chandler Sports shall undertake three Preventative Maintenance visits for one year.
What you will receive from the Silver Servicing and Maintenance Contracts:
1) 72 hour call out period.
2) 24/7 technical support.
3) 3 x Service visits per annum.
4) Completed inspection report on each individual piece of equipment.
5) 3 month labour free warranty on all call out jobs.
6) Call out fee, labour, travel time, materials and VAT (only injunction with the three services).
The GOLD Servicing and Maintenance Contracts
Chandler Sports shall undertake four Preventative Maintenance visits for one year.
What will be received from the Gold Servicing and Maintenance Contracts:
1) 48 hour emergency call out period.
2) 24/7 any time technical support.
3) 4 x Service visits per annum.
4) Completed inspection report on each individual piece of equipment.
5) 3 month labour free warranty on all call out jobs.
6) Call out fee, labour, travel time, materials and VAT (only in conjunction with the four services).
