BH Fitness SK9300 Smart Focus Commercial Cross Trainer
Commercial Cross Trainer
Having taken my work out up a notch I’ve decided to use a SK8900 Smart Focus Commercial Cross Trainer this week. I chose this as its top of the range with Chandler Sports, and it has a TV!! Again I love this feature! Once the engineers had it installed in my little work out area of the warehouse, I got started. For more info on this, following this Link.

My Verdict on the BH Fitness SK9300 Smart Focus Commercial Cross Trainer:
It took a few days to work on my stamina with this. Think ‘hard Cardio’ and you get the cross trainer. (or perhaps that’s just me?) Although there is little joint impact with this machine, you still work hard and work up quite a sweat. Once I managed to synchronise my arms with my leg movements, it was actually a great work out! Once again the TV helped with that, as I passed the first episode of Walking Dead without really thinking about it! I did pedal backwards as well as forwards, which I’m not sure would be considered a ‘Hard Work out’ but it was fun. No Glass of wine for this one though, as no arm to hold it! The bottle holder is actually for a water bottle! Really? How strange.
Here are some of the pro points for using a Commercial Cross Trainer:
- Trains the whole body– Unlike other machines that only target one part of the body, the cross trainer is an ideal machine for getting a full-body workout. Moving handlebars, available on Commercial Cross Trainers, allow you to work your shoulders, back, chest, and arms simultaneously while exercising your legs. This means you have options when you use a cross trainer – choose to work your upper and lower body, or focus on specific lower-body muscle groups. (or Watch TV while you work out and not think too much about it)
- Customise settings to meet your goals– Customisable settings on cross trainers allow you to increase resistance to a level that truly tests and builds your muscles. Because of this, you can use Commercial Cross Trainer as a method to strength train, or simply to get an aerobic workout in. (Did I mention that I liked the TV feature?)
- Low-impact is easy on joints – The smooth, suspended motion of the cross trainer ensures that the impact on your joints is nowhere near the strong impact experienced when running. Cross trainers are ideal for those who suffer from painful joint problems or exercisers who are recovering from injury. (or those who are just unfit, like me?)
10/10! Although there is no place for my wine, it was a really enjoyable work out. I must be getting fitter!
Tune in next week to see what I get up to!
